Your way into Brazil.

How we help

From international interest to the next commercial step

Stride translates Brazil for your company and your offer for the local market. You don't have to figure out the first step alone.

01

Diagnosis

We understand your product, goal, stage and market hypothesis — and clearly state what must be validated before you invest.

02

Connection

We identify and introduce buyers, distributors and partners suited to your product and stage.

03

Development

We act as your commercial point in Brazil: pipeline, follow-up, meetings and qualified opportunities, with transparency.

04

Coordination

We support the conversation between your company, customers, logistics operators, importers and partners — with clear responsibilities.

Choose your path

Start with the necessary path, not the maximum structure

Modular engagement: you contract only the level of support your market evidence justifies. The choice of path depends on your company's stage, product and market complexity.

01

Entry diagnosis

Product, goal, stage and market hypothesis.

02

Market mapping

Segments, buyers, channels, competitors and initial risks.

03

Commercial connection

Introduction of qualified opportunities, buyers, distributors or partners.

04

Local representation

Your company's commercial point in Brazil, with pipeline and follow-up.

05

Channel development

Search for distributors, integrators, representatives or strategic partners.

06

Operation coordination

Support for the conversation between company, customer, logistics operator, importer or partner.

07

Import or distribution

Only when it makes strategic and economic sense for the project.

Positioning

What Stride is — and what it is not

Stride is

  • A Brazilian market-entry and business development channel
  • A commercial facilitator with local vision
  • A partner that structures next steps
  • A modular operation, adapted to the company's stage
  • A bridge between foreign supply and Brazilian demand

Stride is not

  • A generic promise to “sell any product”
  • A customs broker or a law firm
  • A guarantee of sales, licenses or approvals
  • A company that must buy and stock every product
  • A catalogue reseller without curation

Why Stride

We don't promise Brazil is simple

We show what needs to be understood, who needs to be involved and what the next step can be.

Entry proportional to your stage

You don't need stock or a subsidiary to begin.

Access and development

We follow the opportunity beyond the first contact — we don't just make introductions.

Translation between markets

We translate expectations, language, pricing and process between the parties.

Partner curation

We work with companies whose offer has a credible reason to enter Brazil.

Evidence-led execution

Each next step is based on what the market and commercial conversations demonstrate.

Local transparency

You see what is happening in Brazil: pipeline, assumptions and documented next steps.

Trust before case studies

Stride is new. The experience behind it is not.

We do not yet present a portfolio of Stride case studies — and we will not replace that absence with promises. Trust starts with who is sitting across the table: professionals who have done this work before, know where it stalls, and make the process, criteria and limits visible from the first conversation.

What this means in practice

01

Diagnosis before a proposal

We first understand the product, context and market hypothesis. Only then do we recommend a path.

02

Disciplined selection

We are not trying to fill a catalogue. We assess whether there is a credible commercial reason to represent each offer.

03

Transparent pipeline

Conversations, progress, obstacles and next steps remain visible — including when the market response is not what was expected.

04

Clear limits

If a decision depends on the client, the market, a public authority or a third party, we say so. We do not promise what we cannot control.

Advisory partner

AP

Brings to Stride a commercial career in industrial B2B built at heavyweight international brands: export sales at WIKA (test and measurement equipment) and indirect channel supervision at SMC Corporation — automation and pneumatics, one of the largest global manufacturers in the sector — where the work was developing and managing a distributor network.

  • Today he runs a Brazilian industrial B2B company.
  • At Stride, he combines a capital contribution with a network of contacts in Brazilian industrial B2B and hands-on experience in channel development.

Who we work with

Criteria, not catalogue

We don't automatically represent any company. We assess the Brazil-entry fit before proposing a path.

Clarity of value

Does the product solve a relevant, understandable problem for Brazilian buyers?

Delivery capacity

Lead times, volumes, support and documentation compatible with the market?

Differentiation

Is there something beyond price that justifies developing the offer?

International readiness

Materials, export pricing and openness to adapt?

Regulatory viability

Can the sales, import and compliance path be responsibly investigated?

Commercial commitment

Is the company willing to invest time, information and resources to test the market?

We prioritize industrial, technical and technology products: equipment, components, energy, automation, infrastructure, construction and professional solutions.

How it works

A guided journey, from first contact to decision

  1. 1

    Qualification call

You reach out and we confirm product, goal, territory, stage and expectations.

  2. 2

    Path recommendation

We recommend a level of engagement — not necessarily the full operation.

  3. 3

    Diagnosis and plan

Clear scope and assumptions before any execution.

  4. 4

    Transparent execution

We research, connect, represent or coordinate — with a tracked pipeline.

  5. 5

    Review and decision

Together we review results and decide whether to expand, adjust or close the work.
